I would like to know is it true that you can get details from a cell phone number using a cell phone lookup numbers free. I am trying to get the name and address of a cell phone number and I am not quite sure if I should trust these kinds of services. I know you can look up land line numbers, but does it work with cell phones. I have also searched for a free lookup service and am getting quite agitated because they say they are free, when none of them are. If any of you have some idea about it you can send your suggestions. Please help
