I bought Zen X-FI2 about six months ago. It was working pretty fine until recently. Few days ago I tried to plug it into a computer but it wouldn’t go loading itself up and the computer didn’t see the player. So now I can’t change music or anything else. Is there some fault in the USB or the port? How can I get my computer to recognize Zen X-FI2? Please help me so that I can use it to listen to some of my favorite music. Thanks.
