I am new in California. I want to buy a cell phone with cell phone plan as I have heard that in California there are only CDMA plans But I want that plan which should be cheap and best. One of my latest friend in California told me that att is the cheapest and best. Is it true or not. If yes tell me about the plans and if no tell me about other cheap and best company plan.
