I have got a new cell phone, and I do not have much money so I am looking for some cheap cell phone plans. Can any one just suggest me some cheap cell phone plans and places from where I can get these plans. I think it will be better for me if it costs me less then $20 per month. Being a student it will be very difficult for me to bear the expanse more then this. so give me some ideas which are very suitable for me.
