One of the official items listed in the g1 android 2.1 update is log entry by pressing the phone icon. After the update, I see no difference in functionality, the phone icon in non-functional and acts no differently than pressing the remainder of the log entry and requires pressing “Call” from the resulting screen. Is this new functionality working for anyone? I’m really missing the ability to dial a number from the call log. Is there somewhere this functionality needs to be turned on that I’m missing?
