A series of reports have showed already that Augmented Reality (AR) is one area that is expected to grow from under 1 million in 2009 to more than 400 million by 2014, but with the inclusion of a gyroscope in iPhone 4, we expect to reach those figures much early. Previously mobile AR apps relied on the accelerometer that brought jittery readings, but with Acrossair adding gyroscopic functionality, users can now experience silky smooth augmented reality.
