Apple may remotely disable rogue applications

The much sought after iPhone applications may suddenly disappear one day from your coveted iPhone if Apple has it’s way. What they consider as a solution to rogue applications, removing and disabling applications remotely may be a violation of the consumer’s privacy. Apple is apparently going to ‘phone home’ for bad applications and remove them from your iPhone. However, it is still a concept and has still not been put into practice. An iPhone hacker revealed that in spite of all the brouhaha, nothing has been blacklisted yet. So, there is no reason to fret yet, and the applications you have purchased may not be blacklisted and removed in the near future.
