Apple, AT&T sued over fused iPhone battery

Apple and AT&T have again got themselves into news, but this time it’s not for the good! Trujillo, a person who bought an ‘iPhone’ recently found something that is not at all acceptable. His iPhone’s battery was soldered to the device itself! Hey, are we looking into some FCC catastrophe? So, will he be buying another iPhone after this battery is wasted after some 3000 recharges? What will this law suit fetch him is still a great concern for the onlookers. Developers at Apple have something different to say – an iPhone battery (Li-Oh) retains 80% of its charge capacity after a minimal 400 charge cycles. What the iPhone encoding features have to offer is still something to be thought upon.
