I’m ringing an American mobile on Skype from Ireland and I have recently noticed that the person I’m ringing also gets charged for the calls about 50c for a 15 minute call. I always thought that only I would get charged for the call. Could someone please explain to me how this billing system works? Or there is some other problem in the networks any help will be appreciated.
