I’ve made the biggest ‘mistake’ by ignoring some real lame stories from the mobile world yesterday. Actually, they were lame for sure and that’s what kept me away but there was something to which I should have paid attention. That something is-the stories regarding the LG BL40 Chocolate-for there were so many of them. It is understood that the Chocolate isn’t the most stunning release of the year (the laurels already belong to Palm Pre and the 3G S) but it is becoming the most talked about phone. There were images of the latest Chocolate that went public on some German Phone Forum and later in the day there were a few more blurry ones that even had the cousin BL42 on show.
And, furthermore in the evening, the phone gained FCC Approval but without the 3G (restricted to GSM 850/1900 alone) so that is not very impressive. This has all become a shabby mix and I am positive what LG needs to do next-release it for this is the best chance with all the hype building. If still no word comes across, I do not see LG becoming the #1 cellphone manufacturer in the world. Yawn…Nokia…yawns!
