For the music-crazy people, Marianne Bailey has conceptualized musical instruments that double up as cell phones. By glossing over the photos of Bailey’s concept phones, you might spot shady images of piano keys and trumpets but on a whole, the musical instruments are quite strange in design. From being simple messaging devices, cell phones have long transformed into computers, and now it is their turn to change into pianos, trumpets, flutes and guitars but I wonder whether it will ever turn into a drum, for who will risk banging the cell phone to pieces.
