I just bought a palm pre gsm phone for my wife from a reputable seller on Ebay. and she told me that she did a hard reset on the phone and now the only thing she gets is three green colored droids, with red exclamation point inside a triangle. I have tried to reboot her phone but nothing works, I am still getting that red exclamation point on the screen. Any suggestions?
