Basic that I know is that 4G refers to the fourth generation of cellular wireless and is a successor to 3G and 2G standards. The infrastructure for 4G will be only packet-based. Some proposals suggest having an open Internet platform. 4G is to deliver high-speed broadband for data- and visual-centric information. Now china is planning to launch 4G instead of 3G. Is anyone known when 4G will launch in India?
