Spotify is a popular music streaming service that is at its best probably in the UK (it is only available in a few countries) and it’s almost ‘minimal buffering’ repute makes it extremely popular. Now, you may have opted not to buy the HTC Hero before but 24 months of free Spotify subscription with the HTC Hero bought through 3UK services is certainly a pushing reason. 24 months of Spotify subscription will cost £240 under normal circumstances which means paying £35 a month over 24 months plus £99 for the Hero handset still does not hurt you as an overall deal. I am not sure how much more sales will this offer pull in for the HTC Hero but Spotify is to benefit from this for sure as more handsets (for 3UK) and service providers may use this strategy in the future.
