The latest 3G offering from BenQ is all set to make a grand debut in the Taiwanese market and the BenQ E55 is expected to make quite a splash as well. Offering 3G data connection as well as super-gorg features like a 2MP main camera with a secondary video call camera at the middle of the clamshell hinge, the phone also comes with a 1-inch 64k colors CSTN external screen with 96 x 64 resolution that perfectly compliments its internal 2-inch TFT screen that boasts of 262k colors. A successor to the previous BenQ E53 phone, the clamshell also features a snazzy media player that sports AAC, MP3, 3GP and MP4 file formats. Priced at around $230, the BenQ E55 should be available in stores later on in the month.
