I am planning to change my mobile connection. I have two options; either At&T mobile or virgin mobile. So my first question is which one should I go for and why? My second question is that if I will go for virgin mobile, can you refer a link where I can read virgin mobile plans. I am a student so want to choose the one which gives me very cheap call rates.
