Hi everyone, I have a doubt in my mind as I am using Verizon wireless and it is under insurance. Can someone tell me what if I accidently dropped my Verizon wireless in water bucket and now it’s not working will I get a new phone with a discount as it has a insurance I mean will they take a drowned phone. In other case if say I lost my phone somewhere do I need to make a police report on it to get a new phone from Verizon or will they give it in verbal basis. Guys kindly clear my doubts as I am looking for their answer.
