I am 12 years old, by mistake I dropped my phone and the screen was cracked, so instead of doing an insurance claim I just upgraded my phone, well I ended up selling the new phone I got and now I want to go back to my old one, does anyone know if I activate the old phone can do an insurance claim? If yes then please tell me a procedure to claim Verizon Wireless Insurance.
