I have many phones in the past and this is my fourth phone which is my Verizon Samsung phone the: ok, left arrow, right arrow, up arrow, and down arrow does not work. I do not think I got it wet, just maybe dirty, dusty. Is there a way to fix it, or do I have to take it to the shop? I am very confused what to do, I need some expert advice on the solution .
