I set up a Verizon BIS account and it seems to be working ok. Now when I try to access this account through the link to Verizon site it keeps switching me to ATT/Cingular, and I get an error about incorrect login information. I am not sure what is going on here or how to get my browser to stay with Verizon? How do i overcome the following Verizon BIS Error?
