I am not aware of the new technologies which are coming up in the mobile sector. I have an htc phone and I do not want to configure my cell phone to any specific provider network and want to access multiple networks by changing the SIM card. I have heard about unlocking the phone but do not know about it in detail has it something to do with the network provider? If someone has any idea or know about what does unlocked cell phone mean ……please share
