I have a HP glisten. The touch screen is not working for the past couple of weeks and AT&T would not replace it. All they told me was to do a hard reset and save all contacts. But now that I have got time to do this, somehow, the phone is locked. The only way that I know to unlock this phone was through touch screen which is not working. I have already tried taking out the battery and turning it back on, but it is staying locked. Now I want help from you guys out there. How to unlock HP glisten without the touch screen? Any suggestions. Thanks.
