I had upgraded to Verizon Blackberry Desktop Manager 6 (as suggested by an automatic update pushed to desktop), and now the program is not opening. When I tried to follow these instructions and use (Windows Vista) Uninstall, the program activates and then preempts this action by trying to ‘install’ the program, leaving me with a Blackberry Desktop Manager that will not open or uninstall. How can I uninstall Verizon Blackberry Desktop Manager 6? Please help. I hope to hear at the earliest from you guys. Thanks.
