I am in California and getting very irritating calls from an unknown cell number. I have decided to trace the person belonging to the number. But I don’t know how to trace cell phone numbers in California. Whenever, I call back on the number, the person picks up and cut it. If anybody knows the process of tracing the cell phone number, please help me. It is very necessary to know that person.
