Samsung has nothing much to boast about its new entry level E428 cellular phone that comes integrated with a 0.3-megapixel regular camera, 65K color screen with all the basic functions of a cellphone. There is no Bluetooth connectivity or any MP3 player as such.
What we can rely upon is its clamshell white make. The Samsung E428 might appeal to the budget-conscious customers who want to have a phone just for communication purpose.
