Marriages between car/bike and mobile phone brands always sounded far-fetched. However, Motorola and Asus had earlier proved us wrong by co-branding their mobile phones with Ferrari and Lamborghini respectively. The result – apex style found the most perfect manifestation. Sony has now followed suit, albeit in a different manner. The mobile giant has chosen to go with two wheels, but has made sure that the style quotient is at par with its competition. For those of you who are sartorially-inclined, there is every reason to buy the Z770, ‘coz you’ll automatically own a Ducati too (only the brand identity, though!). The co-branded mobile phone will replicate every bit that Ducati is associated with, in the form of Ducati screensavers, themes, cases, videos and…hold your breath, a Ducati HBH DS-220-based Bluetooth headset. The clamshell phone will be launched in Ducati’s homeground Italy in June. Time to strut around in style, yeah!
