I have with me is my Samsung t239sung t239 mobile phone and it works quite well. I am on the cricket network and my phone and computer recognize each other but when I go to “my computer” it does not show my phone, nor can I get it to download my pictures from the phone. What program or whatever do I need to download to get it to recognize the usb stuff to download my pictures and upload my music? Any help is very much appreciated. Have a nice day.
