So I’ve had my Verizon razzle phone for a few weeks, no major falls or anything and all of the sudden when I press the side button to turn it on the keys light up but the screen doesn’t, it’s very clearly still on but the screen won’t work. I have to power cycle it to get it to work. Anyone had this? Any ideas or fixes for it?
