I live in Deteroit,Michigan and have never made a purchase online but since ebay is a very big brand having a strong history, I am planning to buy a cell phone from ebay. There are different safety concerns that I have in buying a cell phone from e bay including the payment and the quality of cell phone which will be delivered. Has any one here made purchase from ebay cell phones and what’s your views on their service and delivery.
