I operate Windows 7 and when I went to a site that required a Flash Player update, I attempted to download and was unable to. Also, whenever I downloaded anything in the past a thin pale yellow message appeared that I had to click on to enable the download. No such message appeared. Has something changed? I am continually told I have to download the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player but Google Chrome can’t be running when downloading it, so how am I supposed to download it
