Last month I bought a Samsung Captivate and today I got a message prompt to update my software (android 2.1) so I did. Once after clicking the button, my phone is completely dead. I don’t know what to do. I bought it from online website. Why is my phone dead since performing Captivate software update? Is there anything I can do to fix my phone?
