Having already wowed customers Down Under, the Palm bestseller Centro will finally be available for Verizon Wireless subscribers coming June 13th, which incidentally also happens to be a Friday. The handset has already sold more than a million units with Sprint who released the goodly smartphone last October. Centro, which also holds the distinction of being the smallest Palm device, comes with a CDMA/EV-DO network, a QWERTY keypad, touch-sensitive display, 1.3-mp camera and a multimedia player all of which run on Palm’s proprietary OS. VZ customers will be able to lays their paws on the handy smartphone for $269.99 plus a $100 rebate for a 2-eyar contract, $399.99 plus $100 rebate for a one year contract or if anyone is interested in buying the phone with the service, its gonna cost $389.99 flat.
