In the rage of producing top-notch smartphones for the global market, Nokia somehow never forgets that its entry-level handsets are the ones that help it largely acquire the market. Now Nokia is not confirming that they have officially unveiled the Nokia 2220 Slide but, the images of the entry level phone are already doing rounds on the web. Based on the S40 UI, it is surely not a smartphone but a basic slider that has a 128 x 160 TFT display. The camera is also pretty basic, a VGA option that catches hazy images not good for anything and we don’t care even if Nokia denies the fact. The good thing is that this phone comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and expandable memory so you can use it as a handy music phone. The Nokia 2220 Slide will be priced around $126 and we are still not sure about its release date.
