Coming fast on the heels of the HTC Touch Diamond , the awesome new Nokia E71 is apparently all set to hit the retail outlets come Thursday, May 8th. The new handset is definitely narrower and more stylish than its predecessor E61i with its full-QWERTY keypad and integrated Wi-Fi, GPS, Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and 3G/3.6 HSDPA connectivity. The trendy new handset also features a QVGA 2.36-inch landscape color display with 320×320 res along with a cool 3.2 mp camera with autofocus and front cam for video calls. With a microSD card enabling memory expansion upto 8GB, the E71 is quite a catch already although we might have to still wait till tomorrow to find out how well the general public receives the new phone in comparison to the HTC smartphone.
