With the pure black color high on the popularity grid, the dark colored phones have even started to surface as concepts. The latest one to be mesmerized by the dark spirit is the Pure Black concept phone from NAK. Designed by Antonie Brieux, this concept embraces a matte casing carved out of aluminum. The offering measures 105 x 55mm with 8mm thickness and an overall weight of 142 grams. On the front panel it houses a 4.1” AMOLED display with 800 by 600 pixels resolution. The guts of the phone include a 1GHz processor with Windows Mobile 6.5 and 32GB of internal memory. The list does not end here, the designer has even integrated and HDMI port along with PC sync, GPS, WiFi DLNA and a Bluetooth Stereo. Talk about the camera, it is an 8MP beauty with xenon flash, auto focus and 720p HD video recording. There is hardly an aspect where the designer seems to have faltered but I guess he forgot that if it ever hits the market, people will also have to pay money for it. It will bear a scorching price tag if it is introduced will all these specs laden. Nonetheless, a good design.
