I have a Motorola xt5 and whenever someone is calling the caller id shows it is an unknown number, despite having the number in my contacts list. I have played around with all the call settings and it never seems to change, everyone who calls me is unknown, even when it is my home phone calling my mobile. Why my Motorola mobile’s caller ID is showing it to be an unknown number despite of number being saved in my phone? Please help. I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks.
