Which mobile service and plan should i use in Barcelona?

I am new in Barcelona; want to buy a best and cheapest mobile service here, I have seen some plans but thing is i do not sms anyone and I need it just for calling. Can anyone tell me want a sensible plan for me please suggest? Thanks.
