My husband and I are trying to get a loan for a 2010 manufactured home on 3 acres for $60,900 in MS. We can put 15% down on the loan. We have been in the same apt for 8yrs. Will that count for anything? Both our scores are below 400 but we both have good paying jobs that we have been at a long time. Can anyone help?
