Metro PCS has realized that the unlimited calling, texting data and web browsing plans are for a niche market and beyond that it is the quality of the handset that also matters for a buyer. Consequently, Metro PCS has introduced the Samsung Code SCH-i220 in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, the first Windows Mobile 6.1 powered phone for the carrier. Individually the phone isn’t that bad as it houses a 2MP camera alongwith a QWERTY keyboard and a full HTML web browser. With a Win Mo 6.1 option open, Metro PCS can target individuals and professionals separately. The Code will be available with a $50 flat rate plan which will include unlimited calling, text and data. Advanced Web Browsing, e-mail and a plethora of multimedia functions are also a part of this flat rate plan. You finally have a phone from Metro PCS that can be synchronized with any computer using Microsoft Outlook.
