Can anyone tell me the meaning of Unidentified Notification icon that is appearing on the screen of my sprint reclaim?

I am noticing an Unidentified Notification icon near to the network signal on the screen of my sprint reclaim phone. It is looks like three vertical wavy lines. So can anyone tell me something about this icon?
