Those miniUSB ports are of course a global standard for chargers but we here are talking about bringing the USB to the fore (in relation to cellphones) in the real sense of the word. The LG Traveler Concept comes with a USB port which can be used to send information to and from a PC with relative ease. A participant at the-LG Design the Future Competition?-this concept phone designed by Andrew Zheng sadly didn’t make it to the winners list but has still managed to win admirers. The concept comes with a touch screen with a haptic keyboard which is complimented with a physical keyboard. On the outside the traveler is secure against falls and grips well with the rubberized surface. Other integrations include Bluetooth Instant Media Share and a 5MP camera with a flash on the rear. The phone is also handy for cropping pictures, has a GPS hotspot app and comes with a top LED caller display that facilitates a view of the time or the caller even when the phone is in the pocket.
