From yesterday every time I am trying to connect my Samsung smart phone with my Sony laptop I am not getting able to do so. I had tried to establish a Bluetooth connection but my Sony laptop is not detecting any external device. I had also tried with the USB cable but no connection established. I had also tried by reinstalling the Samsung PC suite but still problem is same. What might be the problem? And how can I fix this problem?
