My i930 Motorola phone has been broken for a few months now, and I desperately need to fix it. My phone switches on fine, but I cannot unlock the keypad. When I try, the screen goes white, and then black, then the phone restarts. Well, I can receive calls, as we don’t need to unlock the keypad to answer a call, but I can’t use the phone. Help me.
