HTC Files Patent for a Stylus on a Capacitive Touch Screen

htc patent for stylus on a capacitive touch screen

Has Apple missed a trick here! HTC is the first one to file a patent for a Stylus that can help you pick those links on smaller screens where you fingers become annoying. The patent has been filed for a stylus that will work effectively on capacitive touchscreens. The application is for a method which brings resistive stylus accuracy to a capacitive touchscreen. The stylus has a magnetic head which can easily be registered by a superior capacitive display. There is a second patent which caters to a new way of dynamically adjusting the brightness of the screen to prevent people from looking at the data on your screen-which means it is more privacy eccentric. This system tracks the users face with cameras and accordingly adjusts the content on the screen.
