I have an HTC touch pro 2. I recently turned it on and Touchflo 3D would not load. The phone sits there with the blue background and says HTC. That is as far as it gets. I tried a soft reset and got no results. I am weary to do a hard reset because I will lose all of my data. Do I need to go for hard reset of my Touch Pro 2 if there is a problem loading Touchflo 3D? I would really need your opinion on this. Please help. Thanks.
