iTrip AutoPilot is the latest iPhone-compatible car stereo adapter created by Griffin Technology and the good news is that is all set to start shipping. The adapter connects your iPhone to the dock connector which of course is connected to the car’s cigarette lighter or accessory jack. Thanks to a built-in FM transmitter with ‘SmartScan’ technology, the adapter allows you to use your car radio to listen to your fav iPhone tunes and just in case your car radio has got Radio Data System (RDS) support, your song info will also be displayed on your radio’s display. Now that’s hot! What’s even better is that you can also use your iTrip AutoPilot with other iPods with dock-connectors. Is that rocking or what?
