Hello everybody I am from Washington dc and as you all know that in whole america there are contract service for cell phone provider but due to this policy cell phone service provider are doing whatever they want they make their policies according to their wish. This is not a right thing. I have an garminfone verizon cell phone but that also is in contract so I want to know whether I can use garminfone verizon cell phone without contract as it is the best cell phones service provider in whole america.
