Can anyone tell that what does free prepaid cell phone minutes means? I have always used a post-paid phone but recently got to know about prepaid cell phone and thinking to buy the same but before that I wanted to know exactly what a prepaid cell phone is like can you have text on a prepaid cell phone and are they cheaper than other cell phone plans usually. Basically i don’t have any idea about it so tell me what all you guys know?
