Fly DS400 and DS500 dual-sim phones are just low-cost options

Despite their obvious benefits, dual-sim phones haven’t established a market for themselves yet. One of the reasons, we believe, is the conspicuous lack of aesthetics. And, the trend seems to have continued with Fly’s latest dual-sim cellphones – the monoblock Fly DS400 and slider phone Fly DS500. Keeping it simple, the manufacturer has loaded the DS400 with a 2-inch TFT, MicroSD for up to 8GB memory support, 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth 1.2, FM receiver, MP3/MP4 player, alarm clock and dictaphone. The DS500, on the other hand, features a bigger 2.2inch TFT, 2MP camera with integrated flash, email-client, WAP 2.0, GPRS class 8, world time function display, audio player with EQ, video player, and FM-receiver. Retailing for 4700 rubles and 6500 rubles respectively, the DS400 and DS500 are, like they say, low-cost options for non-fussy users. We dream higher, though!
