Last night I was at the pool in my neighborhood. I had made sure I had my phone away from the water. After swimming when I got home I found out my phone was gone so I was afraid I might’ve dropped it and a neighbor may have picked it up. So, this morning I found my phone in a courtyard by the pool. It had been left on and had been out there all night, at that point it was covered with dew. So, I dried it off and when I turned it on, it said ‘Insert SIM Card,’ along with a list of emergency numbers. It won’t let me navigate to the rest of my phone; it stays stuck on that screen. I checked the battery and the SIM card, and I let them out to dry but now it still won’t work. My phone is Pantech c740. What can I do to fix my Pantech c740 phone that got wet due to dew? Please help. Thanks.
